ABOUT THE ROLE
To us, a Human Resources Coordinator is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Coordinator duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
The job of HR Coordinator is important to business success. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants while collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Complete all onboarding and maintain the onboarding process.
Assist in upholding clear policies and ensure policy awareness.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
