Job Description:
As an energy consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and educating customers on our energy systems. This will involve conducting site visits to assess the energy needs and consumption patterns of homeowners, and providing them with customized recommendations for solar energy systems based on their specific needs and budget. You will also be responsible for following up with leads and closing contracts, as well as managing customer accounts and providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, then consult customers on our products and solutions that will best meet their needs.
- Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
- Prepare for appointments by building proposals, preparing for objections, and calling customers to confirm appointments.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments by attending meetings, trainings, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Solar / Clean Energy experience (preferred).
- Drivers license and a dependable vehicle to perform the job daily.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively manage time and maximize productivity.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, coachable, and able to move forward with a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
- Be a self-starter with a high degree of accountability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
