Job Title: Test Lead
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Experience (10yrs) in Testing in OTT/Streaming apps across mobile, web and CTV
- platforms.
- Hands-on Experience in Compatibility Testing across Browsers, Devices in web and CTV
- Platforms.
- Experience in Managing and Coordinating with Offshore team.
- Manage Onsite client expectations and ensure proper Communication and Coordination
- with an offshore team.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Good to have Mobile and Web Automation using Selenium and Appium.
- Responsible for delivering testing for UT, SIT, UAT, Assurance Testing & beyond.
- Analyse impacts of changes & determine scope for the project.
- Assist to provide Test Effort Estimation for the project.
- Design and Develop test conditions, test scripts, test data, and expected results for test
- streams, including System Test, Integration Test, UAT and Deployment.
- Manage group of testers for test case creation & Test Execution.
- Identify & Manage Test Data, Test Environment needs.
- Provide Test Status with accurate Reporting.
- Provide clarity on defect severity & priority.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and concerned teams for Defect fixes and validate fixes
- Risk/Issue management.
- Analyse and conduct Root cause analysis (RCA)
