*Time: 7:30AM - 4:30PM / 5days between Monday and Friday
**No Overtime.
**Lunch Time: 1hour
**Short Break Time Total 20min: 10 min each / Morning and Afternoon

*JOB DESCRIPTION

• Troubleshoot, and demonstrate every product
• Take incoming calls from customers who have a sales request
• Keep close internal communication with NA Sales representative and share accurate information with customers
• Respond to emails and telephone calls for sale-related inquiries in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports etc.....

*QUALIFICATIONS

• Written and verbal communication skills
• 1- 2 years of customer service experience
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience. Typing skills Valid Washington Driver’s license. (Some skills better to have, not required)
• Call center experience
• Experience/background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry, chemical, pharmaceutical or clinical knowledge
• Bilingual Japanese or Spanish
• AA degree of equivalent work experience

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
