Exhibits Assistant
Great opportunity for an Exhibits Assistant to work in a fun, fast-paced environment located in downtown San Diego, CA! We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, organized and has strong communication skills. This position is contract-to-hire, full-time, on-site and pays $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry, filing, faxing, copying and emailing
- Responding to inquiries via telephone or email
- File maintenance and record upkeeping
- Maintain volunteer information
- Organize all volunteer information
- Handles all meetings, invitations, and application information
- Maintain exhibitor booth signing
- Client/exhibitor relationship building
- Staying up to date on convention layout, deadlines and requirements
- Assists in other departments
- Manage hotline assistant operator
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Communication
- Attention to detail
- Phone etiquette
- Data entry skills
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative or related field
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Downtown San Diego, CA
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm PST, flexible with schedule, must be available to work occasional weekends for events
