Ajilon is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join a team of health care experts in Melville New York. If you are interested please see the job details below.


Details:

  • Onsite Melville NY- remote after training
  • 9-4:30
  • Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all 1099 contractors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
