Roles and responsibilities
- Create and deploy workflows to support the SaaS product.
- Maintain operational oversight and look for ways to improve efficiency or reduce the margin for error.
- Manage several projects aimed at improving current or future programs.
- Develop your expertise in multiple process documents across different programs.
- Create and update training materials to ensure vendor operators have clear guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Required skills:
- BS/BA or an equivalent degree
- Extensive experience in project management, product management, operations, or a related field is required.
- Experience with process improvement
- Ability to conduct analysis, influence stakeholders, and execute within a specified time frame. Working and communicating with highly technical management teams is a plus.
- Extensive experience with large-scale operations, vendor management, outsourcing, and workforce management/tooling/capacity planning/project management/vendor compliance requirements is required.
- In the context of Operational Workflow Management, capable of accountability, ownership, and leadership.
Added advantage:
- Certifications in Project Management or Agile.
