RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all accounting functions
- Prepare forecasts of the firm's financial status before an upcoming project
- Coordinate month-end close and review cash receipts, AP invoices and general ledger
- Oversee journals, accounts receivable, bank/cash reconciliations, payroll, PTO, etc.
- Engage in budgeting and forecasting
- Implement cost reducing initiatives
- Conduct yearly audits and pricing analysis
- Conduct monthly and quarterly tax payments, yearly audits, etc.
- Handle all duties relating to payroll
- Produce accurate and updated job-cost accounting reports
- Participate in audits
- Prepare reports for regulators
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations
- Utilize ERP system for general ledger mapping, coding, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 4 years of accounting management experience
- CPA highly desired
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with GAAP
- Experience within a construction company desired
- Must be proficient with ERP systems
- Extensive familiarity with payroll processes

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
