Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
10 years of working experience in Human Resource Management, Benefits and Rewards.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation
Experience in pharmaceutical industry
Expert in Health & Welfare benefits, 401K, and leave administration
Strong knowledge of, and carefully follow all applicable federal, state and local compliance requirements and regulations
Managing labor and employment matters
Labor Law and Compliance
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR databases
Design and post job ads to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions
Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention
Onboard and train new hires
Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire
Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
Ensure relevant local policies are designed and managed in line with national policies and legislation
Conducts performance evaluations
Conducts market research
Collaborate with plant leadership members in identifying the people and organizational implications and coming up with appropriate solutions to address business needs and root causes of the problems
In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions
Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
