What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/ON position at Akam?
Reports to the Property Manager
Position Overview:
The Front Desk will be responsible for the daily safety of the residents and property.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
- Assist residents with any questions or concerns
- Watching for suspicious activity/observe and report
- May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Required (Spanish/English)
- Excellent customer service and communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be well groomed with a professional appearance at all time
- Must clear background
