In this role you will maximize value, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will help build, innovate and evolve customers performance and security strategies. Becoming an industry expert, you will find joy in delivering innovative outcomes for customers through trusted relationships, business acumen, and operational focus.
As a Support Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing continuous updates and system reviews by updating the customer in the form of weekly updates, monthly case summary reports and QBR
- Being a technical consultant, helping to achieve the customers long term vision for high quality security experiences
- Educating and delivering new, enhanced service features and patch management across the full product lifecycle
- Performing weekly checks to determine how well the systems are running and what improvements can be made via configuration changes.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent
- Have hands-on experience with advanced Linux administration
- Have thorough understanding of network protocols and basic troubleshooting on network devices, OSs.
- Experience with automation with Chef, Puppet, Salt or Ansible
- Be fluent in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
