We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager who is proactive and excited about the company products and the clients they serve, comfortable making 55 calls per day. As an Account Manager, you will be the point of contact for your clients, entrusted to listen well to their needs and offer suitable, thoughtful solutions. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and provide outstanding service.
To succeed in this position, you should be proficient in all forms of communication and should have exceptional analytical, organizational, problem solving, and computer skills. You should also have the ability to develop a strong understanding of company products and business operations to build trust and rapport with clients.

What you’ll be doing:
Establish develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and current healthcare providers in assigned territories
Educate current customers & prospects about Akina’s products & services
Document orders & activity on customer accounts
Serve as a key member of the sales and marketing team to drive leads and sales
Provide first-hand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on Converts opportunities into won deals
Responsible for researching and identifying new leads to enter in the CRM
Update each CRM profile with detailed and accurate information
Maintain a minimum number of outgoing contacts and a high standard of professionalism in verbal and written communications
Execute mass communication campaigns and maintains a follow up schedule until each lead is contacted
Implement planned sales strategies based on analytics and customer requests

Required Experience And Qualifications
3-5 years experience in lead generation / sales experience
Experience in relationship development, opportunity identification, and pipeline tracking & building
Experience with CRM software
Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies
