About the Role:
We are looking for a sales and operations all-star to fuel the growth of our platform. This role takes creative problem solving, detail orientation, interpersonal ability to manage partnerships, and the guts to dig in and help grow a startup. Be a critical part of building the partnerships by working with the Enterprise Partner Management team o enable demand generation (offers/ads) for merchants on our platform and track performance of said campaigns.
About the Team:
The Enterprise Grocery & Retail Partner Management team is responsible for merchant growth. We work with brands to onboard locations, improve operations, and increase their access to consumers through selection enhancements and investment in demand generation.
What You’ll Do:
- Project manage internal processes critical to the success of our business and our partners
- Use internal systems to monitor operational excellence, set up marketing campaigns, and to update store operations metrics - store hours, menus, etc.
- Provide readouts on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Tracking marketing campaigns against contractual commitments.
- Assisting the PM team with account creation and seeing the brand onboarding process from start to finish.
- Understand Salesforce processes for new store openings and manage data cleanliness
Basic Qualifications:
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Collaborative
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple activities at once, detailed
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, ambiguous environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort with technology
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business administration (or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and Salesforce
