Job Description We are searching for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite! Working closely with the Recruiting team, you will assist in our efforts in finding the best talent by ensuring the best possible candidate experience.
What you’ll do:
Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates
Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system
Communicate as-needed with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
Act as a spokesperson for the company throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and during all communications with candidates
Greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visits
Maintain scheduling metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
Manage quarterly projects and other coordination programs as needed
What we’re looking for:
BA/BS degree required
1 years of coordination experience, recruiting or HR preferred
Experience with GoodTime is mandatory.
Someone with a knack for organization who can bring order to chaos
An effective problem solver who is able to think and react quickly
Able to work well in high volume scenarios
An excellent communicator who enjoys fostering new relationships
Focused on creating a great candidate experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and the Google suite
