Account Manager Responsibilities
Develop and maintain great relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
Maintain and execute a regular schedule of “check-in” contain with clients, brokers, and consultants’
Implementation of new client groups.
Ensure regular performance reporting is provided to clients and internal leadership team.
Provide resolution to any escalated issues a client/member may experience to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Manage customer/member satisfaction and address any negative results.
Provide regular communication of issues or program with Client and internal leadership team.
Conduct client renewals.
Assist with sales presentations, both virtually and on-site.
Identify clients and conduct up-grade sales.
