Position Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director of IT Systems, the NetSuite Administrator I is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day stabilization and helping drive strategic initiatives for NetSuite. This role will partner closely with our NetSuite lead and be the subject matter expert for all things related to NetSuite. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with our business stakeholders as a trusted advisor on projects and initiatives and assist with metrics and KPI’s to help align capacity, funding, and planning.
The position requires strong organization, execution, and influence skills, and a proven ability to think strategically. In addition, the NetSuite Administrator I will need to be an excellent communicator, as they will be interacting frequently with a diverse group of internal and vendor stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities: *
- Identify, investigate, and resolve day-to-day NetSuite issues utilizing internal ticketing system.
- Maintain system health and provide metrics/KPI’s to identify areas of opportunity for optimization.
- Support NetSuite lead resource in projects and broader strategic initiatives.
- Act as a NetSuite trusted advisor to business stakeholders and provide consultative direction as needed.
- Define and document process flows including as-is, to-be in support of NetSuite related projects.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to align priorities and roadmaps.
- Interface closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems integrations and updates are working as expected.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with NetSuite in a steady state environment.
- Ability to manage capacity and utilize support ticketing process to identify, investigate, and resolve NetSuite related issues.
- Proven experience working in a B2B environment. Biotechnology experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using forms, fields, custom records, searches and workflows to meet business process requirements and drive efficiencies.
- Good business acumen and ability to connect business needs with the right technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
The hiring range for this position is $72,300 to $93,500 per year, which may factor in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our full-time regular positions also include an annual performance-based bonus (or a sales incentive plan) and long-term incentive units (equity) provided as part of our compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
