The Scrum Lead role will support Backend Systems, will be leading 2 squads and in addition will have a project or two to run with as PM.
Platforms consist of Unified Messaging - Responsible for building, maintaining messaging and social platforms supporting email, push notification, chat and community style experiences across all applications.
Personalization - Utilizes fan, guest preferences and favorites to deliver personalized experiences across products.

Gaming Platforms
Interactive Platforms: Responsible for building and maintaining user generated content systems supporting various products within the organization. These platforms provide services that fall into four broad categories: Interactive Gaming Personalization & Profiles Email & Mobile Push Messaging Social and Community Experiences.
Interactive Clients / Frontend: Responsible for all consumer-facing gaming, social, and community products.
Basic Qualifications
• 7 years of experience managing formal application software development projects.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies developing software applications, playing the role of scrum master effectively
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle; experience in advertising systems, linear broadcast systems, and streaming media software preferred
• Expertise with project management tools used in business/project area
• Expertise in Agile and Scaled-Agile Management methods and processes
Description:
Our team handles worldwide linear and digital media distribution, design and development of all consumer-facing digital products, advertising technology, consumer data, and international broadcast operations.
• Accountable for driving execution and delivery of multiple high-profile technical, product or software development projects from start to finish in the Advertising Platforms domain.
• Plan, coordinate and direct all activities associated with creating and maintaining project plans, communication plans, risks/issues, etc. leveraging best practices defined by the Performance & Operations team.
• Leverage experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies to lead project teams to the successful delivery of software development projects.
• Lead Delivery Teams through the identification and management of risks and the resolution of issues, and escalating to management as appropriate.
• Responsible for managing team dynamics, morale and motivation while building a culture where all members and points of view are respected
• Accountable for delivering ‘quality’ solutions that provide desired business benefits and/or solve business problems - ‘on-time’ & within budget.
• Able to quickly solve complex problems in a challenging, dynamic environment with minimal direction.
• Provide frequent and transparent communication to the business and technical senior management, delivery teams and stakeholders regarding iniative health, issues and risks
• Effectively communicates complex and/or difficult information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Executives.
• Interacts with internal and external peers, initiative stakeholders, and managers to exchange complex information related to Advertising Platforms.
• Ability to influence key decision-makers / stakeholders towards new business processes and technical solutions that best serve the company.
• Facilitator – must be able to:
- Facilitate meetings/workshops with groups of people beyond the immediate delivery team
- Facilitate the project team through the resolution of complex issues
- Drive workshop/meeting to conclusion and/or actionable outcome
- Ensure group participation
- Develop and deliver outcomes/results/notes in a manor appropriate to the level of the group
