Hours And Benefits For The Contract Management Coordinator
- $60,000 to $65,000 a year (based on experience level)
- Hybrid Work Schedule (2 Days Onsite and 3 Days Remote)
- Tuesday and Thursday Onsite
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Remote
- Great Company Paid Benefits and Employment Package
- 40 days annual paid time off
- Coordinate all stages of the contracting and post-contracting process for contracts, proposals, grants, renewals, and amendments
- Administer and maintain contract management system software
- Work with the Legal Department and cross-functional areas to develop and maintain templates containing approved standard contractual terms and conditions
- A bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree in paralegal studies plus experience
- 2 years of experience in all aspects of contract development, including utilization of contract management system software
- Conga contract management software preferred, not required!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
