This position is a temporary position providing additional support with Crisis Intervention, Low-Income Emergency Home Energy Assistance program. Within this position the Intake Worker will be interviewing customers to determine eligibility for heating, cooling and emergency assistance. Position is a PT temporary position. Hours may be up to 39 hours per week during peak season. Hours will typically be within a Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. schedule.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Responsible for face-to-face interviews with customers applying for Emergency Assistance Program and Emergency Assistance. Responsible for ensuring proper and appropriate customer service is provided at all times.Responsible for arranging and organizing records, reports, files and other documents into a defined sequence.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years of customer service experience. Computer Skills: Basic experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. License/Credentials: Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
