**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance in family law.

**Duties:**

- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements

- Assist in case preparation and management

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Represent clients in court proceedings

- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

**Requirements:**

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in the state of Utah. Will consider out of state applicants willing to take the Utah bar

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with legal drafting and documentation

- Experience using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Ability to litigate cases effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
