Customer Service Representative

ASG Security is looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Support team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring that the company's procedures are being met. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and will be detail oriented. This position is responsible for creating and notating accounts, and answering calls with new customers in order for them to understand their agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating and notating accounts
Set up profiles for customers and ensure all documentation has been received.
Setting Appointments
Schedule for technicians to arrive on time that works best for customer.
Assist with customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling services, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (2) two to (5) years with a stable work history; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Must possess excellent customer service skills; must be able to communicate well with customers and other team members. Must be personable and well organized with good written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism is required at all times.
·Must have excellent time management skills; must be able to work independently with little supervision at times when necessary. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
·Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to perform various duties within the company's inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
