About you and the role:
We are looking for a dependable, trust worthy team player.
As the Sales Manager, you are a critical leadership partner and a co-pilot for the Owner. You are someone that we can reply on for the guidance and growth of the store. You will create a highly productive environment in which clients have an extraordinary experience, stylists are able to do their best and the business thrives.
You are primarily accountable for developing and maintaining selling and service skills, in addition to the day-to-day operations of running a successful business with an authentic approach.
Candidates must have:
- A passion for fashion, styling, design, influencers/blogs, pop culture etc.
- A strong work ethic and outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly personality.
- Sales driven personality.
- A polished demeanor that represents our company.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and team work skills.
- Motivated, proactive and a go-getter, comfortable working independently.
- Flexible! Retail will include weekends and some holidays.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients and offering first-rate customer service, including fully styling clients in outfits and wardrobes based on their personal style etc..
- Develop and manage a client book and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensuring that store meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Handling miscellaneous activities in downtime (including social media, etc.)
- Store opening / closing procedures.
- Flexibility in work hours and shifts to ensure business needs are met.
