The Sales Assistant’s primary role is assisting the Sales Managers and Director of Sales in maximizing selling time by assisting with all administrative office tasks.
Candidates will receive a $400 sign on bonus after completion of 90 days!
Duties & Functions:
- Ability to prioritize and type all correspondence and attach applicable material.
- Answer telephones and respond to caller inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Answer client questions about property facilities and services.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, events and any appointments.
- Build group blocks and input room reservations into property management system.
- Process and handle group rooming lists and standard reservations in PMS and Marsha.
- Adjusting group inventory according to pick up flow and pace. Approving or denying extending cut off dates for groups.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, Excel and PMS a plus.
- Prior experience as a room’s coordinator, reservations agent or front desk agent preferred.
- The ideal candidate must have full availability and flexible schedule, excellent customer service skills, and be a proven team player.
