What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Albar Industries Inc?
Our company is seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, the Custodian will have the physical stamina to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in this role.
Responsibilities- Maintain all areas of the facility by keeping them free of trash and debris
- Maintain the grounds of Albar property--including snow removal, salt etc
- Ensure lunchrooms and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily
- Maintain all offices, foyer, learning center and other areas as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate a floor scrubber
- Listed are key responsibilities but not limited to only these tasks.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating cleaning equipment
- Experience in custodial duties is a plus
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
