Litigation Attorney - Part-time

Small, AV rated, law firm recognized for its commercial litigation, business reorganizations (Chapter 11), and business arbitration practices is seeking a well-qualified attorney to assist with discovery, legal research, drafting of pleadings and memos of law. Additional duties may include covering short calendar hearings and defending depositions.

The successful candidate will share our commitment to professionalism and have demonstrated superior ability for legal research, writing and advocacy.

Must be a member in good standing of the Connecticut Bar. Admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut is preferred, but not required so long as you are eligible for admission.

Pay: $37.50 - $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
