The Global CRM Manager will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Commercial Excellence Team and report to the Sr Director, Commercial Excellence.
The Global CRM Manager will serve as a critical business partner to the commercial organization, managing Aldevron’s current CRM solution by building and maintaining dashboards, workflows and functionality to meet user requirements. This role will also be responsible for evaluating release features for business benefit, technical resolution and escalation support and user training as required.
He or she will also be responsible for creating a future state CRM roadmap, which will include design and ultimately project management of a Salesforce CRM implementation.
The ideal candidate will have prior success in the Salesforce platform (with 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience), strong business acumen and communication skills (commercial operations or sales experience preferred) and the ability to efficiently manage a cross-functional team with varying stakeholders.
This is a remote opportunity with up to 15% travel required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as key business partner to commercial and business leaders and teams to identify desired KPIs and develop reporting/dashboard functionality
- Support and drive ongoing CRM development to continuously improve the seller experience, including creating and sustaining functionality/features roadmap
- Overall point of contact and project management of phased SFDC CRM implementation, including partnering with internal stakeholders to define and document business requirements, developing phasing and scoping of solution/technical design and test plan, and liaising/iterating with external technical resources for execution
- Evaluate additional CRM and partner release features for business benefit and developing comprehensive rollout plans (including integration, socialization, training, communication, requirements documentation, testing, and release management)
- Stewardship over data integrity, including owning and executing consistent data cleaning practices to ensure accurate data entry as well as interfaces with other systems (ERP, applications, mobile systems, etc)
- Provide technical resolutions and escalation support to the field. Build and manage small team to support CRM tool, including internal and external resources
- Drive user adoption and engagement through development of best practices and training curricula. Develop an internal network of CRM professionals across Danaher to leverage CRM best practices and innovative ideas
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred (Administrator, CPQ, App Builder,…)
- At least 10 years’ work experience, with 7 years of direct Salesforce experience required including implementation and reporting/analytics
- Prior experience with sales or commercial operations workflows
- Strong communications skills. This role will interact with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization, including senior executives
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Hubspot experience preferred but not required
- Global mindset, with ability to identify regional user needs as Aldevron expands its global footprint
- Ability to work well and effectively in a matrixed organization
- Experience in leading teams, either directly or indirectly
- Problem solving and results driven, with proven track record of project management

Salary : $109,000 - $138,000
