Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail PT Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail PT Keyholder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall store appearance
- Collaborate with the store manager to train and develop for staff
