Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability and meet sales targets
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational abilities to maintain a well-run store environment
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of the local market to identify customer needs and preferences
- Ability to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
