Hardworking and versatile Administrative Assistant with proven organizational skills and team player. Excellent communication and people skills with some training in medical records.
- Importing records from outside facilities
- Scanning records into patients charts.
- Requesting records that providers need and then scan into charts
- Printing records per request forms for other facilities
- Helping answer phones and scheduling appointments
