ALEKO is looking for a full-time Customer Service Tech Support to join our team. The CSR is responsible to provide first-tier support for customer inquiries, primarily via phone and e-mail.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to initial customer inquiries concerning orders, sales, etc.

· Perform research as necessary; aim to resolve most of them successfully

· Meet or exceed customer approval rating targets and other KPIs

· Complete assigned online learning objectives satisfactorily

· Review individual KPIs weekly with the lead

· Understand ALEKO's products to attain a basic level of knowledge, especially for products in highest demand

Qualifications

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service preferred

· Experience in a call center setting

· Experience with CRM

· Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent follow-through on customer service issues

· Good proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Commitment to learn about ALEKO products and systems

· Bilingual is plus

· Ability to multitask

· A positive, enthusiastic, and diplomatic attitude

· A consistently professional decorum

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting and look at computer monitors

· Occasional lifting of up to twenty-five pounds may be required

Schedule Availability

Monday- Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
