Our independent agents have developed strong relationships with multiple insurance carriers allowing our agents to compare coverage and pricing to find clients the best insurance policies at the best rate.
As a Commercial Lines Client Services Representative, you will serve as the primary service provider on a commercial book of business and be the point of contact for those clients.
The Commercial Lines Client Service Representative will work both independently with clients and with producers to service existing personal lines policies and also quote new products for existing and new clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to all agency operational policies / processes to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of quality service to manage and meet unique client needs.
Prepare quotes, explain coverage, and make recommendations to ensure client / prospects understand coverage Request endorsements and policy changes from the insurance company.
Negotiate with carriers to create the best combination of coverage and premium. Follow up on billing issues. Collect new and renewal data on assigned accounts.
Identify cross-selling opportunities on current clients. Stay informed of industry changes and product offerings. Attend training and meetings held by the agency.
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related position, preferred.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact those products.
