A&B Insurance and Financial Group (an Alera Group company) is looking for an experienced, and driven Inside Sales Manager to support, and drive the growth of our inside sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in health insurance sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of A&B Insurance & Financial Group.


Leadership:

  • Provide effective leadership to the Health Insurance Inside Sales Agent team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team. 
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment - open door policy. 
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive team perforamnce.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set sales targets and budgets.

Recruitment and Training:

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new Health Insurance Sales Agents. 
  • Grow the team by hiring quality agents. 
  • Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management (KPI's & Metrics).

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
  • Step in when needed to address client concerns. 

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that the sales team adheres to all relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards across the team. 

  • Proven experience in health insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, as a Sales Manager.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and market trends.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their best performance.
  • Insurance industry certifications (e.g., Health Insurance License) required --- Florida 2-15 license.
