Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Jr. Project Manger to join our client on a long term contract opportunity
- Delegate tasks and resources to ensure projects are delivered according to plan
- Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Report project results to clients and management. Assist senior project manager with clerical tasks as requested
- Manage project schedules, track work progress, and report on project status on a weekly and monthly basis, including reporting back on contract milestones and value engineering recommendations
Job Requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years post grad experience working with Internal and external stakeholders in a business environment, preferably supply chain
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of contract and project management processes and methodologies
- High level user in excel, ability to organize data with pivot tables etc.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of how to handle supplier information confidential information
- Capable of writing work instructions, SOPs, and managing revision control
- Experience navigating SaaS such as ERPs or other systems that house supplier data.
