Golden Reserve of Ohio is looking to hire a full-time Regional Client Administrator (Office Manager/Receptionist) to work at our Dublin office and provide support for our surrounding offices in the Central West Ohio (Dublin, Bellefontaine & Delaware).
Golden Reserve is an Ohio-based firm, focusing on Retirement Planning & Asset Protection.
This role is considered to be the 'quarterback' of our firm, ensuring that our day-to-day operation runs smoothly and building lasting relationships with our clientele!
This position starts at $40,000 per year depending on experience. We also offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, life insurance and paid time off (PTO). We are closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO! WORK SCHEDULE
Work hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with an hour lunch. Must be available to work occasional evening hours to support our educational workshops, as needed. We also pay overtime.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in office administration or receptionist duties
- Excellent level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- A true passion for helping seniors
