Job Description:

No insurance experience? No problem!

We are seeking a driven individual with a positive attitude to join our team. As an insurance sales and marketing representative, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales. We pay 100% of the insurance licensing fees. You will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities and selling a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing. The base salary for the entry-level position is $45,000 per year. With added commission, you may make up to $65,000 In the 1st year.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients to build a customer base.
• Generate leads for new insurance business. Minimal Cold Calling.
• Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
• Assess the client’s insurance needs and recommend the best plans and coverage.
• Create and Schedule appointments for Sr Sales Representatives
• Actively listen to the client’s objections and concerns. Address the client’s concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. 
• Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management. 

Requirements

• Property and Casualty License is NOT Required to APPLY. Will pay 100% of licensing fees. 
• Property and Casualty License and experience is a BONUS. Willing to train
• 1 years of demonstrated success in sales or related industries. Marketing, cold calling, telephone sales.
• 100 % Fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of Basic computer software
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
• Ambitious self-starter able to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
