About The Job
As an integral member of our Hygienic Fluid Handling management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer service though the effective leadership and management of the customer support team. You will have the opportunity to develop team members, lead projects and streamline processes in the interest of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Kenosha, WI

As a Part Of The Team, You Will
- Develop a team of 9 focused on delivering a superior customer experience
- Develop the customer experience through data driven improvements in customer service.
- Identify opportunities for the team to drive preference for our brand and be growth enablers for the business
- Promote and support the customer journey, assuring utilization of digital tools; drives implementation of CRM with the team and aligns with sales activities
- Develop and maintain key relationships with focus accounts
- Sets stage for change and assures proactive implementation
- Develop relationships and drive improvements internally with operations and logistics
- Collaborate with central team members to align and drive customer experience locally
- Be superuser on all system platforms
What You Know
You have Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, and:
- Proven leadership experience in fast paced, high volume setting
- Strong experience in customer service, inside sales or sales
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Strong data analytics skillset
- Strong communication interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience in identifying improvements and managing change process
- Excels in MS office suite and ERP, CRM platforms
- Six sigma training helpful
