What are the responsibilities and job description for the AMER: Senior Program Manager position at Algolia?
As a Senior Program Manager working closely with the Product team, your mission is to drive the definition and framework of large scale programs across the organization. Parts of this role will be customer facing so you must delight in enhancing the customer experience. Our team is responsible for driving R&D Operations including business metrics and cross organization collaboration.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Work across teams to frame up processes and programs, document, delegate and track program deliverables and milestones

Plan and roll out programs and process across the business

Serve as business owner and stakeholder for sets of programs within the organization and make plans to continuously improve or automate these programs

Guide the team and your program planning using a data driven approach and relentless focus on your customer and / or stakeholders

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across the organization with stakeholders at varying levels within the organization

Empower others to self-serve where possible
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

5 years of program management experience across the product lifecycle (SaaS experience preferred)

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives across the organization

Tactical project execution

Ability to identify risks, create mitigation plans and anticipate business impact of programs and initiatives

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
