About this opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Align Talent Acquisition Team by providing a high level of customer service and administrative support throughout the talent acquisition process. This role will primarily support the interview scheduling portion of talent acquisition process for both our commercial and non-commercial business. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our future Align employees.
In this role, you will…
- Coordinate all aspects of the candidate interview including virtual scheduling, room reservation and video conference set up with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Adjust to in-person interview scheduling as it becomes available in a post-COVID environment
- Facilitate candidate travel arrangements for interviews and process candidate expenses related to travel for a timeline candidate reimbursement
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to team projects as assigned
In this role, you’ll need …
- 2+ years’ of candidate interview scheduling experience
- Strong communication with business leaders at a high level
- A keen eye for attention to small details
- To be organized, proactive, and multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and MS Teams specifically
- Familiarity scheduling within an applicant tracking system (iCIMS a plus)
- Agility in changing tasks, priorities, and work schedules with short notice
