The Stewarding Manager will be responsible for training and scheduling stewarding staff. Maintains sanitation standards of the establishment and follows regulatory health department policies and procedures.

• Assists with cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen area.
• Restocks supplies
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Maintains sanitation standards of the establishment and follows regulatory health department policies and procedures
• Abide by all organizational policies and procedures

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $72,000. This is the pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
