Do you have great customer service skills and enjoy helping others over the phone?
If so, this role could be for you! We are searching for call center agents who's main function will be to respond to customer telephone inquiries and voicemails. In this role, you will provide business users with educational and support services for their technology tools. To be a successful consultant, you should be customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, be professional, and be able to learn at a fast pace.
At this time, this position is 100% REMOTE. We are looking for candidates with bilingual skills. (Canadian French & English)
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
- Schedule follow-up support calls to reinforce learning and enhance understanding
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to deliver “the answer”
- Operate capably in a fast-paced environment
- Follow detailed instructions with consistency and accuracy
- Adapt easily to rapid changes in requests, processes, and procedures
- Acquire new technical, business, and customer service skills proactively
- Recognize the human aspect of each customer’s experience
Optional Useful Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Possession of Technical training and/or industry certifications
- Experience and/or education within the IT field
- Experience training and/or teaching
About the Position
Hours
During training, the hours for this position are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Once training is complete, alternative work schedules are established to address staffing as well as individual needs.
