What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Director position at AlixaRx?
As a Regional Sales Director, you will serve as the business development lead for AlixaRx’s services offering within the assigned region. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to grow our business by directly selling to the long-term care market, in addition to, developing relationships with key leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally.
You will accomplish this through:
– Developing and executing a territory specific strategic business plan to drive results that exceed targets
– Building relationships with senior level decision makers within the assigned region
– Selling the value of AlixaRx services without focusing on price while utilizing analytical tools and resources to differentiate AlixaRx in the market
– Create client specific strategy and lead finalist preparation and presentations to prospective clientele
Requirements:
- Experience selling services to Long Term Care communities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a results-oriented role
- Meet assigned targets for profitable business growth and strategic objectives within the assigned sales territory
- At least five years of sales/account management experience, preferably in long-term care or pharmacy
- Ability to organize and follow up in a relationship-driven, long sales-cycle setting
- Qualifying leads and contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails and present company benefits
- Skilled in building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Project management experience in a team environment.
- Developing baseline knowledge of competitors and their capabilities
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CRM experience a plus.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve success with minimal direction.
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
