We're looking for a relentlessly positive Admin Assistant with a can-do attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment where you will gain valuable administrative skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and organize office records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Gilbert, AZ (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $18
