**Job Summary:** We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating details, communicating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events. **Duties:** - Assist in planning and organizing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and guest services - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and attendees to ensure all needs are met - Support event setup and breakdown, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment - Help negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for event services - Provide on-site assistance during events to address any issues that may arise **Requirements:** - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events management is a plus - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event planning software This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination and hospitality management.
