The groundskeeper assists with maintaining clean and organized facilities. 

Essential Functions:

• Assists, promotes, and carries out the company's highest level of cleanliness
• Ensure the buildings provide a welcoming environment
• Ensure day to day standards of cleanliness around the facilities premises
• Reports any observed or known hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices to management
• Performs routine daily cleaning of outside premises; such as trash, grill grates, window washing, and maintaining cleanliness and up keep of buildings
• Ensure that all garbage from waste baskets and trash are removed and disposed of properly
• Interact appropriately with patients, showing them respect while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications:

• A passion for the field of behavioral/mental health
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of grounds keeping experience
• Position will require to work to be performed primarily outdoors in varying temperatures
