**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Consultant at AllClean, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exterior cleaning services to commercial and residential customers. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Business Development:**
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential commercial and residential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase AllClean's exterior cleaning services and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.
2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
3. **Proposal and Contract Negotiation:**
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to contribute ideas for promotional activities and campaigns.
5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- $600 base draw plus a competitive 12% commission on sales.
