Registered Nurse (RN)

• Be able to identify and establish a understanding of patients rapport.

• Create and establish a environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.

• Create patient's independence by working with patients goals; informing patient, family, and whomever to understand condition, medications, and self-care; answering all questions.

• Create quality of care by following therapeutic standards; analyzing health outcomes vs patient care goals and standards; make or recommend all necessary adjustments; follow all hospital and nursing division's direction and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.

• Help and resolve patient problems and needs by using multidisciplinary and team strategies.

• Utilize safe and clean working environment by always complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; Asking for direction from health care personnel.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse/RN Staff Nurse

• TB Skin test must not be Expired

• CPR certification

• Associate of Nursing from an accredited nursing facility

• Current compact state Registered Nurse license

• 1 Year Healthcare Experience

Job Types: Per diem, Contract, Part-time, PRN, Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $43.50 per hour
