All Roads/Norris Honda in Dundalk, MD has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. This is a full time salary plus commission position offering benefits.

- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Coordinate any procurements of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
- All other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday - Saturday.
