Rare opportunity to join All Roads Equipment as a Parts Director.. This role will provide strong leadership to the Parts Department and Parts Managers in our 5 Virginia locations. Use your previous experience of overseeing multiple locations to assist us with controlling costs, creating customer relationships, and setting sales and profit objectives. Additionally, you will address customers and ensure satisfaction. Priority will be given to those with heavy equipment experience. - Monitor the entire parts department’s performance across 5 locations
- Continually observe and mentor the parts managers and counter persons to enforce good habits, and to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times
- Develop and mentor managers and staff
- Oversee and properly document the entire parts inventory
- Maintaining and building customer relationships
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 5 years of prior Parts Management experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
