JOB SUMMARY:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in broadening our client base and boosting revenue. Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing new business prospects by actively engaging with homeowners in Dallas and surrounding areas. Your main objective will be to promote our roofing services, educate potential clients, and close sales deals.

We’re looking for Sales Reps who:
- Possess the hunger to be great and don’t want to settle for being average.
- Are self-motivated and regimented.
- Have past sales experience (desired but not required)
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire those around them.
- Work well with others in a team environment.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
- Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative and providing guidance to junior sales team members.
Requirements:
- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius of the office.
- Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
- Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.
