The Email Marketing manager role is a full-time role that will be a key contributing member of All Star’s digital marketing team. This role is fully remote.

Experience and Skills:
Essential Responsibilities
- Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns for target audience
- Analyze campaign performance and test hypotheses and new campaigns
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Collaborate with content team to write newsletters
- Manage and grow subscriber database
- Research and Monitor Changes in the Email Community and ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Forecast performance and report on results
- Optimize landing pages and HTML templates to increase engagement
Essential Skills and Experience
- 2 years email marketing management experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in email marketing technology, Amazon Pinpoint and SES is a plus
- Experienced in Excel, Power BI is a plus
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organization skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-directed and able to work independently, while recognizing the importance of the team and the company’s goals
- Ability to anticipate problems and create solutions
- Online Marketing experience in lead generation a plus
Benefits:
